We loved this hotel. I was worried a bit that it would be a typicalbusiness hotel (based on pictures from internet) but it has beenrecently renovated and it was great. The location is fantastic. The window is just facing the sea, and you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Aegean Sea, sunset, old port and panoramic view of Fira even in the room. And you can get to the restaurants, shops, supermarket, bank, bus terminal within max. 5 minutes. All the thing in the apartment are new and stylish. Personally, I love the apartment very much. Staff so welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Position a great balance between expense and closeness to all Thira and Oia.Rooms excellent with warm baconies with views. Front area rooftop has perfect sunset views without going to the exorbitant Oia. Awesome pool. Delicios breakfast. Free pickup. We cannot recommend highly enough.

The Theoxenia was perfect, a great location and very helpful staff. Each morning a delicious breakfast was brought to our balcony. The staff was extremely accommodating, we had an early flight the last day and they were nice enough to make up a special breakfast tray the night before. They were also helpful in arranging tours and giving ideas of restaurants and things to do while in Santorini.
