In one word: Paradise. Everything was absolutely delightful! The owner Dimitri and his daughter in law Katherine are so lovely, caring and friendly hosts. The hotel offers the best location and the most gorgeous view on the sea with beautiful sunrises! We liked everything. The room had a wonderful romantic feel - a comfortable bed with baldachin, fire place, old trunk as a table, cozy sofa with pillows. Beautiful garden with a sea view. The owner, Mr Kostas will go the extra miles (not mile) to make your stay as better as possible. very clean rooms and staff were excellent, very welcoming and very proud of their hotel. Great views. Right next to the beach and tavernas. located at the better end of the main strip. -

leave yourself at least an hour to travel by car over the mountain to
get to Volos. The drive is breathtaking. In winter the area turns into a
sk - We have spent two weeks, at Anesis Hotel along with our friends - 4 persons in all, mature couples and well traveled too. Everything was perfect, from the music pouring from the reception, to the wonderful cakes and bread freshly baked every morning by the owners. Milthos and his family are kind, educated and make the tourists feel at home.
If you want to go to Agios Ioannis, do not spend time in searching a hotel, just go to Anesis, and you will not regret!
