  The hotel is very well located in Batsi town, it sight-sees the sea, you get an amazing sunset everyday. The owner, Nicholas Moustakas is the friendliest guy I've ever met. He makes you feel like home and he's always available to help you with any doubts you may have about the island.   We loved our stay in Mare e Vista Epaminondas. As a new family, with our 6 month old baby we could not have asked for a better experience. This is a family owned hotel, which makes all the difference.   The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were there during some bad weather but we still had a fantastic stay at Maistrali. It also had a small kitchenette which was great for making tea in the morning. Villa Rena is in a quiet part of town with a 7 minute walk to the sea front. There are steps but we didn't find this a problem. The villa was clean, comfortable and traditionally - Villa Rena is very nice. It is very cosy and welcoming. Rena makes you feel at home, is very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and terrace is lovely and fabulous for the kids.they really loved it. In a few minutes, via a charming walk, you are at the boulevard.
