Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and
helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that
we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our
private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and
its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the
location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini

The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Akrolithos is amazing. It has a nice swimming pool with stunning view to the caldera. Our room -and I think all rooms- had the same view. It is not luxurious, but was refurbished this year and very clean. The breakfast is served by the pool, normally until 11 o'clock, but they were happy to serve it even at 13.00, when we were waking up! This is my 2nd time at kastelli and this trip was possibly even better than the last! I took my mum with me this time. Antonis the manager really looked after us. Amazing welcome to the hotel by manager Adonis. Very friendly & professional team of staff. Feels like family :) the facilities at this resort are exceptional, so many pools to choose from, tennis courts, spa, salon. I love that breakfast is served till 12:00, in a relaxing poolside location. Some rooms have a pretty terrace / balcony area. Overall I loved it, will definitely recommend and go back to visit :) thank you.

The location is a little bit remote without a car, but this provides more privacy. I think it's a very nice location compare to the rather busier and noisier Oia or Fira. We came to Santorini for our honeymoon and it was the perfect location! we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, loved every second! The room had everything we needed, including a balcony with Caldera view! The pool was so nice, the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was so good, and the stuff were nice and kind. I truly recommend this hotel, and hope to come back there soon!!

Perfect location, it is remote so no one will bother and at the same
time you are close to tourist sights in the cities of Oia and
Imerovigli. (You can walk there and enjoy the views, takes 50-60 minutes
both directions)

problem in the room we booked that needed a nights work, he personally
came to pick us up from the airport, explained the situation and
