The hotel stuff is very friendly and showed great hospitality. The guy, George, picked us from the airport and sent us to ferry port. he is super nice guy. We checked out earlier and left 2 bags with reception. we totally forgot about that even when we were waiting for the ferry. Then the hotel tried to call me many times and I picked up the call

The staff was excellent going out of their way to help you out. A special mention to Aldo at the bar who was really helpful with everything. Also Joe, the chef George and the bellboy, the cleaning girls were all really hardworking and the service was excellent. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Mykonos. The staff was fantastic- very friendly but not over the top and intrusive. The views from the pool and sea view guest rooms were amazing and worth the extra cost for a sea view! The location was great for those that want to be near the parties but want a bit of quiet too!

Staff are absolutely amazing. Some of the nicest, most helpful hotel staff I have ever come across. Everything from your arrival to your check out is perfect. Quiet hotel which is perfect for relaxation. Food is pricey but some of the best food I have ever had.
