The courtesy and efficiency of the staff were marvelous! In spite of language problems, they made every effort to be helpful. The breakfasts were great with a nice variety each day. The ease of parking on site and the location were big plusses. We could not have had a better experience. - Good location.

The decore throughout the hotel is great. When my daughter got sick, the restaurant staff quickly prepared a tray of food for her. - There are some stairs from front desk to room. If you have a lot of baggage, you will be bit tired.

Even although some of the staff said their English was poor,( the reception staff's English was perfect) they managed to help us in everything we asked. They picked us up at the station and even picked us up when we finished shopping, by just ringing the hotel. Staff very friendly, and the location was excellent.
