  We loved staying at the Gaststube zum Amtskrug. The owners were really nice and friendly. Also the food there was really good and large german portions there. We stayed there while attending the Cebit show in Hannover. Its 30 min drive from Salzgitter but it was really nice to get out of the action in Hannover at the end of the day. Please pay attention that showers and toilets are outside of the rooms. Overall great value for money.
