  It was a lovely clean flat with amazing views ( you can even see the Nurburgring on the horizon). We stayed there for the F1 and found it very convenient to get to the track in the car. The family that live in the house upstairs are very nice and helpful. The shower head broke one day but it was fixed by the time we got back later that day.
