Overall good value, but if you need a good night's sleep, do not get a room on the street side. - Location in downtown is great. Many restaurants within a short walk, and close to everything within Kaiserslautern. Staff is great and friendly, with good service.

Bus terminus outside the Hbf provides bus service to various tourist destinations on the Rhine. The Deutsche Eck and KD cruise pier no. 7 are both about 25 minutes walk away.   The staff at this hotel were excellent! I especially liked the two girls(one from the Czech Republic and the other from Slovakia) that workedhere, as they both had great people skills.
