  The staff was very helpful and more than willing to make your stay in Munich enjoyable. We arrived very early in the morning; however, Sebastian was more than willing to help us find a bike tour of Munich and we were able to purchase a one-day tram pass at the hotel (the tram station is within 2 blocks of the hotel and the best way to get into dow... ce que les gens disent » ntown Munich). - Lovely historical building in quite location close to palace, close proximity to bus and trams and shops. The best, friendliest, helpful and knowledgeable staff of all hotels we have stayed in, clean room, free hotel pc internet, great breakfast, free carparking.
