Jumeirah Frankfurt is a modern luxurious hotel located in the heart of Frankfurt shopping areas. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom with rain shower and bathtub with l'occitane toiletries. Very good breakfast with is served in the hotel restaurant but for an extra cost (in our cost).

Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. I have to say that the Hessischer Hof is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Beautiful hotel, warm and caring staff. Great food. The rooms are large for European hotels and have real balconies. Very quiet and peaceful. Anna went out of her way to make sure we were pleased with our stay. This is the best hotel experience we have ever had in Europe, and we've been around a lot. The ladies that work the desk and in the brekfast room were very friendly and extremely nice. They always had a smile and made me feel very welcome. They went out of their way to help me with my travel plans, including making sure brekfast was ready a bit earlier than nirmal so I could eat before my trip to the airport. Super staff!
