  One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very pleasant staff and rooms are fantastic! Location right next to Hagenbeck Tierpark makes it a great choice for Families and the Bus and Trains are leaving 500 m away to get into town in 15 minutes!!! Great Bar and Bar-staff super friendly!   If you have business with the University Clinic-it is ideal. If you visit Hamburg, it is also fine, as it is located close to trendy Eppendorf. Very nice breakfast. - Excellent, friendly staff - all speaking perfect English and very attentive and helpful. Made our Hamburg visit one to cherish. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious including the bathroom; and included a sitting area, desk, refrigerator, a safe, a closet, Television, and an ac uniti!!!
