  The hotel located in a nice and quiet area of the city, just several steps away from the metro station. 15 minutes walk to the cathedral, 10 minutes to Belgian quarter. We had the room 52 as we asked (thank you by the way!). It was easy to walk through pedestrian streets to the cathedral and the charming riverfront. The fine breakfast--it's presentation and variety--was a highlight of the trip. A very relaxing stay.

  This property is less than 100 steps from the front doors of Cologne Cathedral. It is also just a block from the main train station. It is located right in the center of all the action. It is perfect for traveling with children as it has multiple, separate bedrooms. The family room and kitchen are quite comfortable and the views are lovely. This property has obviously been renno - Excellent location practically beside the Cathedral. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the apartment didn't have any features that were not kid friendly like sharp cornered tables, lots of trinkets etc.. We had three children under age four and it went smoothly. They loved looking out the window at all the action outside. The supply of free coffee and a bottle of beer was a nice touch too. The owner was very hospitable and made us a reasonably pric
