1) Extremely clean (one could even eat from the restroom floor).
2) Super-fast, free, wireless Internet (1.5 Mbit/s !!!) with great reception both in the hotel room and in the kitchen-lobby.
3) Big kitchen with plenty of gas-cookers (5 or 6), a microwave, cookware and plastes and dishes, etc.
4) Shower room with 4 shower cubicals, so one never had

5) Free parking in front of the hotel (squeezing in the car was a bit difficult though).

1) Proximity to the nearby S-train station and thus to the city center.

8) Very friendly couple, who is running the hostel.
