  Our stay was absolutely perfect! Ms. Kirova at they front desk always remembered our names, and was so friendly. She was so kind when we unexpectedly arrived early, and she helped store our bags until a room could be prepared for us. Her recommendations for restaurants and shopping were perfect every time. How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

  This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice.
