  Le personnel de l'hôtel était très courtois et serviable. La chambre était magnifique et d'une propreté irréprochable. La rue où se trouve l'hôtel est calme (en tout cas le weekend).   The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience.
