Quiet rooms despite being in the middle of the city. Very comfy bed - so much so we didn't want to leave... Highly recomended.   Loved the location of the hotel which is so close to the DOM Cathedral, the Rhine River (which extends to 4 countries) the city center with shops, pick up point for city tour and Cologne's tourist center. Restaurants abound in its vicinity. Hotel room was enormous ( we got upgraded), clean but styled in the 80's. It had a kitchenette, and 2 bedroo... ce que les gens disent » ms ideal for families and long staying guests. Breakfast was truly satisfying. For those with heavy luggage, there is one flight of stairs to take you - The room was as advertised, clean with all required amenities. Breakfast was awesome with a wide choice of hot and cold food and beverages. Staff was really welcoming and helpful plus they offer you as much fruits as you want and one free bottle of water daily, which was really fantastic. The location is also just a 5 minute walk from the Dom and central station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great experience and hotel!

  We stayed for 8 nights, during a trade show, with our two small dogs. The room was really good. You have a fridge, and a kettle, and a lot of storage space, and a nice bathroom with proper bath. The staff was very accommodating, giving us a remote room where our dogs did not disturb anyone even by chance. This is really a good choice if you need a basecamp in Köln! - The hotel was booked with some trepidation as the location, using google street view, looked uninspiring. It is on a fairly busy road junction, but our room on the 6th floor was very quiet. The hotel stored our cycles in a store room inside. Facilities at the hotel were superb ... a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, sink, and all the basic utensils plus bedroom and separate small lounge area with couch, tv, desk and small table. Great location for exploring the town.

  Everything was excellent. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, as well as very efficient. The apartments were gorgeous - spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. The balcony (with table and chairs as well) - a definite plus. The apartments only seem a bit sparsely furnished because they are so roomy. The kitchen was very convenient - this was the feature that attract - There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs
