  Everything is good in these apparments. I travel a lot, and this is one of the places with the best value for price that i have stayed in. Kind staff, Optimal location, well comunicated, good surroundings for eating and drinking.   The hostel is located right next to Voltarstrasse u-bhan station (Underground) which was quite handy. But if you are up for a walk then Alexanderplatz is only 25 mins away. Alternatively you can hire a bike from the hostel for only €10 a day (Berlin is very cycle-friendly). Free use of internet (incl PC) in the reception area.   The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed, although a small microwave oven would have been nice. Also, the manager checked us in late in the evening, and he was very friendly and helpful about how to get around Berlin to see the sites. - Good organised. Good place for a cheap stay.

  It's a very good, comfortable place to live! Entrance is bright, so you'll find an Alcatraz without any problems. Reception is working 24 hours and everybody are so kind!   The apartment was the perfect size for a couple with extra pull out beds for a family group. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lots of storage. Balcony was really nice to have although more use in the summer!   Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Apartment was clean, spacious and as described on the website. Friendly staff. We had a maintenance issue and the staff dealt with it promptly. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin.
