The staff were very helpful (I rushed in from the car after a long drive and needed to use the WC before even checking in and they were very helpful!). The room was beautiful, modern, big and airy. I had an issue where I needed help, picked up the phone called the virtual desk and they were very efficient in helping me out. We travel to Leipzig a lot to visit my parents and because it's a great City, We will definitely stay at the Abito Suites again.
