  This is one of the best 3* hotels I've ever been to. Staff was VERY friendly. Room was clean and spacious (no. 7). Breakfast was delicious with variety of food to choose from. Localization is perfect - quite with lots of small restaurants at Savigny Platz and just a 2 minute walk to S-bahn station. Yes it's not the most luxurious hotel in Berlin as well as not the best located one. But the price corresponds and it offers a great value for money. A bit simple, but clean, you have almost everything you need (I would like to have an oven in the kitchen, but it's not a big problem). Everything was clean and fully furnished that make it confortable for a few days. We did not use the cafetery.
