Everything. Location- just 100 or so yards from train station, easy walking distance to both towns. There was attention to the smallest detail. Remarkable experience. Staff was exceptional. right on the main strip that leads to all of the ski lifts and trains. Fantastic if you plan to do any walking..everything is within walking distance. - Lovely hotel close to the station which I wanted, clean modern and excellent value for money. The staff were also very helpful.

All staff spoke inglish and I had no problem communicating with the staff as I speak minimal german.

Excellent location in the middle of the city, with great parking in the back of the hotel. We had a family room, which were two double rooms with shared hall and shared bathroom. This was the neatest place we stayed, and is really what I had envisioned about Bavaria. Quaint and well maintained building. Adjoining family rooms were big and were perfect for us and two grown kids. Great view from balcony. Very quiet and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great. Very good restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. Just good all around. Enjoyed it.

We were constantly asked whether "everyting is ok" and if we have additional wishes. Take your time for breakfast because it is excellent. - The owner was on hand to greet us personally when we arrived. Our room was large and had a garden area although the weather wasn't good enought o enjoy it! The hotel is well appointed with underground garaging and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast.The location away from the main town centre was peaceful and relaxing. We would highly recommended this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and even though we weren't suppose to get our room until 3 pm, the front desk made an effort so we could get it sooner (at 11am). And in the room they had brought in a nice baby bett with covers and everything. Since our baby was sick at dinner time we could not go down to the restaurant to eat, but the waiter just brou

Location location location!!! The hotel is situated in the historical part of Garmish and you have all bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sauna is fabulous with an astonishing view from the window. Also we did like the breakfast.
