  We went on a 10 day road trip and stayed at 8 different hotels. This was by far the very best hotel we stayed in! The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious including the bathroom; and included a sitting area, desk, refrigerator, a safe, a closet, Television, and an ac uniti!!! Parking was easily found right in front of the hotel, and free... ce que les gens disent » ! Very nice, cheap, comfortable hotel. Will stay there again! - Location in a calm area. Takes one bus (10 min) plus one subway (15 min) to reach the city centre/harbour area). Very friendly stuff, good breakfast.

  If you have business with the University Clinic-it is ideal. If you visit Hamburg, it is also fine, as it is located close to trendy Eppendorf. Very nice breakfast. - Excellent, friendly staff - all speaking perfect English and very attentive and helpful. Made our Hamburg visit one to cherish. Would definitely recommend.

  One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very pleasant staff and rooms are fantastic! Location right next to Hagenbeck Tierpark makes it a great choice for Families and the Bus and Trains are leaving 500 m away to get into town in 15 minutes!!! Great Bar and Bar-staff super friendly!   A very good hotel and in a good location. Safe to walk the streets andclose to communication links throughout the city. Rooms a good size andevery facility to ensure comfort. We did not use the restaurant socannot make comment. We would certainly stay again. - As always NH hotels provide comfortable and clean rooms

  Very chic hotel with fancy decoration - only paid 105 € a night for a single room in august 2008 - quite cheap - chic area with nice boutiques and restaurant plus near to Alster Lake - Gorgeous view from our room over the breakfast patio.
