  I am sudanese living in qatar. The hotel was v nice and i liked it a lot. Excellent room design. V friendly staff always smiling. Super fast check in and out. Although not in city center but there is a tram line that passes in front of the hotel and goes to main station, didnt use hotel internet because i was using Mobile data but the price ... ce que les gens disent » was reasonable - Bright room, nicely set up bathroom with see-thru glass at head level, nice outdoor seating restaurant, and above all it is located very close to Strassenbahn and bus stops. Very nice Spa on the 7th floor. Staff were very nice and helpful, spoke good English. All in all, I really enjoyed a relaxing and productive stay at Welcome Frankfurt.

Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel. Breakfast was good without being elaborate and the young woman in attendance was always very welcoming and helpful. Fitness centre was very useable, better than I expected.
