The price is good.
We booked a double room and own a room for 3 people (One double bed and one single bed).
The flat is very big and there is no other guests. Literally, we own the whole flat with two shower rooms.

The location is very good. It's close to many places one "should" visit in the city. The stuff was very nice too! to help point you to find anything your after, well they try their best
will only what they know of the city, open 24hrs, in the two nights
there I never saw the saw staff, so they have a lot of worker and they
all speak some English plus I think most know a few more which is
helpful, a bottle of coke was €2, far less then the city, I would use
them again

I loved the interior of the rooms, but was especially fond of the decorating at the lounge areas and the cafe. a problem. The staff is really helpful about whatever you ask for.
Toilets and showers are usually clean. Dorm rooms are cleaned

The circumstance and environment is quite nice. Staffs are friendly. Customers could put their luggages in a storage before check in. Just walk 3 mins you'll find a U6 subway station, "Naturmuseum"(the name of the station might be incorrect, I can't remember exactly). -

They allowed us to keep the suitcases in the hitel after the check-out (until 4pm). Glasses, cutlery available to use in a kitchenette. Music in the bathroom, hairdryer, soft toilet paper :) close to all metro and train lines, shoppingmall opposite, clean room -

Everything, They got even kitchen and appliances for solo travellers. thats great, absolutely great for solo travellers. -

Wi-fi. Thanks God. But only at the reception desk. Everybody speaks english, it's good. Some restaurants're nearby hotel. Comfortable shower room.

It takes 10 mins walk from Alexanderplatz. Not that far away with convenient locaiton. The staff are really nice!!! They answer my question in detailed and gave suggestion on my route. I am girl travelling alone and I stayed in a 8 person mixed dorm. I am so lucky to stay in a dorm with 6 girls and 1 boy. And I met a really nice girl there!

I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!
