  Staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was great. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was very nice. We got to Kiel late at night and it was great being able to walk across the road to the Hotel and then the next day we walked down to catch our ferry to Norway - great location. For non-german speakers it was nice to find... ce que les gens disent » that all the staff spoke english. It's not the cheapest hotel in town but you get what you pay for - definitely worth it. - Location in front of train station, Kielius airport bus station, shopping mall and shopping mile is more than excellent. Hotel is very clean and comfortable.Rooms are modern,spacious and have tea and coffee facilities.Bathroom is comfortable.Free Wifi all over the hotel.Breakfast buffet is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.The panoramic view to the water was very relaxing. I loved my stay there.
