Convenient quiet location just 3 tram stops from the Hbf.
Good all-round breakfast offering.
Didn't use evening restaurant facilities, but did notice that a pre-booked (presumably) meal offer for groups seemed to be available. -
we were only passing through so not a lot of time to do anything but the shopping centre is massive and lots of street

The hotel was very clean and seemed brand new. Everything worked and the staff were English speaking and very helpful. With two small children we received a two room suite, the first time we had not all shared a room in over two weeks. Breakfast was good and there was a nice pizza place next to the hotel. -

I know there have been a few poor reviews of this hotel but if you go ask for a street side room, the rooms are spacious, the beds ae firm but fine and the room is clean and functional. It's not luxurious and that's ok for what you pay. This is a grand old hotel and the interior is good, it's not clean lines, fancy, modern but it's a great hotel i

The location was excellent, as it was a short walk to the train station.
There were tram and bus stops nearby as well. Breakfast was very nice.
I mentioned that it was our one year anniversary, and we had fresh fruit in our room when we arrived. I'm not sure if it's standard, but it was definitely a nice treat since we checked in at around midnight and were a bit hungry.
