le paysage,magnifique - Incredible place! Barbara and her staff made our stay absolutely wonderful - we hated to leave! Our room was beautifully decorated in traditional Bavarian style and our room had a breathtaking view of the Alps. The food was fantastic (beer, too!) and the nightly entertainment was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to go back
... ce que les gens disent » again. I highly recommend the Gasthof Fraundorfer. - We liked everything about our stay. The free breakfast was wonderful. I was rarely even hungry for lunch. The staff was warm and helpful. The location was fantastic, right near everything so that we didn't need to take the car anywhere.

This hotel should be rated a 5 star. Absolutely the most beautiful and comfortable place to stay in the world. The owner was the friendlyest man. All the comforts of home and the view is to DIE for. I would go back to stay there in a HEART BEAT!!!! Loved Loved Loved it.

Steve & Yvonne Clark <3 - Hotels location is on an altitude of nearly 800m giving a stunning view over Zugspitze and neighbouring mountaintops. 10 min drive to congress center and train station. We were accommodated in a nice appartment with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large sitting room. The rooms are modern but in a distinctive bavarian style with carved timber and nice dinig area.

Excellent host, Bridgette is accommodating, friendly and loves a good laugh, the perfect host, location & breakfast is also perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there also off street parking. This is not the first stay and I will definitely be back :-) -
The Hotel was walkable distance from HBF(two stations in case you would take the

The interiors and cleanliness was awesome.

I go to Garmisch frequently and this is the best gastehaus that I have ever stayed in. Our room (Daniel) was on the first floor and had nice furnishings and a new bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Breakfast is served in a glass sunroom and had very nice variety. The owners are wonderful and made calls for me to check the openings of various sight

Her network among local restauranteurs and retailers was outstanding so she was always very helpful to recommend the perfect restaurant or shop for our family needs. And she kept our sense of value in mind, and helped us avoid tourist traps. If there was a way to vote for "Innkeeper of the Year" I would vote for Manuela Thier.

Very cosy house, is a lot of place even for 8 persons, a convenientarrangement in city, affinity of shops, bars, restaurants. The affableand hospitable attitude of owners has very much pleased. Affinity of mountain-skiing lines. An excellent kind on surrounding mountains!!! A free-of-charge parking. - The owner was really nice, location was great.

Amazing location, just at the starting point of various mountain trails, so it's a good place to make a "base camp" for hiking in Alps. Famous Partnach gorge is also nearby, and it's quite easy to get to the downtown or Zugspitze train station. Rooms are spacious and equipped with cosy furniture, breakfast was good and delicious (home-made jams - yummy!) . Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Terrific location, at the end of one of the two walking platz in GAP. Restaurants close, city center very close. Free Parking in the back (nice extra), terrific internet quality in my room. Staff was very friendly, understood my broken Deutche and vise versa. Great place to go for a run, passing the 1972 Ski Jump Stadium along a walking path-

The staff was EXCELLENT! The woman was always cheerful and willing to help with anything she could. I injured my knee and needed to go to the emergency room and she offerred to drive me there! The room was not fancy, but was decent and clean. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was pleasant. I would definately stay here again.
