Friendly staff at check-in. Nice room on the 6th floor (603). Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Wifi signal was strong, and free for all three of my devices. Real hangers (not the anti-theft type), a free bottle of sparkling water a nice touch. Great sauna and clean exercise equipment. All-in-all, a great place to stay, IMO. -

Can't believe it's "only" a three star hotel! Have been to several four star hotels which don't reach the standard of this one. Staff was exceptionally welcoming, efficient and also fluent in English. Room was spacious and modern. Ordered a light bite in the bar at night, and were served an excellent Ceaser sallad. three stops in from the airport is the Hbf, where majority of the city's hotels are. It is also the Red Light District. Many reviews have issues with the area, but this doesnt reflect on the hotel to me. If you're in Frankfurt for more than a few nights, go further into the city or rent an apartment

All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this

My main criteria for hotels mainly are- room with a view and balcony preferred though this is not commonly found for city hotel, but this hotel does:)
Ideal for city trip cause its close from main town with literally 5mins drive to Frankfurt Main Train Station by cab. I had a double bed room for single occupancy, it was perfect size, comfy and bright. Shower and hot water works perfectly, weather was cold outside but seems hotel set temperature was perfect that I did not need to switch on the
