  The backyard is a great place for children. There were a few amenities like slides and swings, not to mention cages that houses rabbits, chickens that will easily fascinates children! The hosts Alex and Thomas were meticulous in preparing our rooms and gave my family advises on what to do for a day trip. Prior to arrival, i mentioned via email that i wont be driving( we asked how we could come on public transpor - Our experience here was superb. The room was lovely and spacious, and felt like a home rather than a hotel. The local area was very pretty and the hosts were excellent. We could have gotten very fat eating Thomas' gourmet food - great taste and amazing presentation! Breakfast was delicious too. We had backpacks but the walk from Altglassutten-Falkau station was not bad - only 10 mins. Highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful surroundings, sat on the balcony and enjoyed the view (and the bells ringing in the distance). Very generous breakfast, and lovely staff, ready to help and provide information. The restaurant offers high quality food. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend! Also -The hotel provides the Red Forest Card which saved us quite a few Euros...
