  The hotel was beautiful, the staff was helpful and the pool, whirlpool and sauna were wonderful. 15 minutes from Garmisch, but it was nice to be away from the busy area down there. The Dome was fantasic and across the street - I stayed at the hotel last month, no issues using the VAT (19% tax savings form for the US Military).   The hotel was exception in every way. My family group comprised me and my wife, our children and 3 grandchildren. The hotel was able to meet the requirements of each generation very well.   You don't have to search any longer, this place is perfect! The breakfast was perfect, the room was clean and big, and really nice.You got a Königscard to the room which gives you a lot of discount, eg. Labergbergbahn for free (instead of 14,5€). There is "minibar" on the first floor, where you can find dishes, tee, waterboiler, beer, soft drinks ... ce que les gens disent » for normal prices. We would like to come back. - The guest house is beautiful with painted walls and insides as well, doors and furniture are lovely. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast served is for kings & queens! The rooms are very comfy and have a perk of special mattresses. As guest we were greeted with pack of Haribo bears on our pillows :-) Haha, could not imagine a better welcome in Germany.
