Ce que les gens disent
Decent breakfast. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms.
Very close to public transport.
Location and price.
Great breakfast, location, apart from the parking fee it was great.Nice breakfast.
Staff were polite & friendly. Double glazing was effective sound proofing.
I requested that hotel specifically for its location, price and free Internet. However, the wifi in my room did not work. I had to do all of my work from the lobby. While I was working, I was asked to leave because staff needed to lock the lobby. I had to sit at the bottom of the stairs to continue using wifi. The rest of the hotel was fine, but if you need Internet in your room, this is not the place. tous commentaires »
Actually all was up to expectations. Bit noisy from the traffic below -
the hotel lies at a tramstop in a pretty busy street so sleeping with
the window open is not an option.
Parking was not free (in the website it was mentioned as a free option), they charged 6 EUR per night for parking. This is a HUGE problem. I tried to reach the boss, but the staff couldn't reach him on Sunday, so finally I paid the parking as well.
We asked for 2 rooms together and got 2 rooms separated by 2 floors. The doors didn't work so you could just push them open without a key if they weren't locked. The phone in one room didn't work. The walls were paper thin. We asked for a double and got two twins. Curtains wouldn't close & were slightly off the rails. Parking was not free or on-site.
