  This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Daniel who sorted out a little problem with the room when we arrived.   We adored the Helvetia Suites. Our son was on an exchange to a school in Goch. We visited for the weekend and invited 2 of his friends to join us. We had one suite and the 3 boys had another on the same floor. It was absolutely perfect.   The location at the Düsseldorf Hafen is a perfect fit allowing to be far away from the hipe of the city i.e sleeping well whilst you can fetch a taxi and be with 10 minutes at the Kö for shopping - It was absolutely lovely and the staff were amazing. Fast front desk checking in and check out, couldn't have been better. They make a big effort.
