The great service from the staff, the large studio room with kitchenette, the spa area, bike rental facilitated by the hotel, the location close to the castles. - Easy 10-15 minute walk to the city center. AC. Located in a great area of town and was easy to drive to. Great indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities.

Restaurant open late, so that when I arrived on Sunday evening, I could still get something to eat. - Staff very nice and polite, breakfast excellent. Quiet and very nice place.

La disponibilité, étant arrivé très tard le restaurant nous a tout de même servi une assiette froide. - The hotel breakfast was awesome. The place is quiet and seems remote but is only 10 minutes from major roads and trains.Staff was the best we met in out 2 weeeks in Europe.

The apartment was in an excellent location, a five minute walk into the city centre. Also an easy walk to the train station (for the 20 minute train to Berlin), The apartment was decorated to a very high standard with a very well equipped kitchen. Our host was very helpful and welcoming. -

Very clean and spacious rooms (note: our top floor shower would be a challenge for a tall person due to roof slant, so ask questions if this matters to you). Our host was extremely helpful with advice, and offered a tasty breakfast that was very nicely presented.

This is a fine, modern and stylish hotel without being cold or impersonal. Front desk is well managed by excellent and friendly staff who speak very good English, and know the city. The rooms are beautifully done with modern, very clean bathrooms, fine linens and towels. The hotel is immediately adjacent to the best shopping streets in Potsdam

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The location could not be better..center of everything..main shopping street, main tourist destinations, public transportation, taxis out the door, room was large, clean, great windows, super air conditioning, well decorated and more! I will stay here again and have recommended it already. Breakfast was Very good and served with a smile.
