the staff where extremely help full, welcoming and made my stay enjoyable. thank you Andechser Hof!. Excellent breakfast. Nice location for seeing eastern Berlin. Very helpful staff.big room, 3 windows (face to street), helpful staff. the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I was attended by a very nice young lady, very efficient, who tried togive me a kind of personal assistance not found in bigger hotels. Theroom was very large and the bed very comfortable. breakfast - very very good. elevator stops on mezzanine-floor only,a bit noisy, simple breakfast but acceptable for ** rank. the mattress!. The elevator does not stop in each floor, but in the middle of 2 floors,so we need to carry the luggage half floor. A kind of restoration wasgoing on, so the aspect of the hotel was not very nice. There was not atelephone inside of the room. The cost of the hotel was too much forwhat it offers. rooms.
