We found the ladies on reception duties to be extra helpful. As the hotel would be full the following night, when we wished to extend our stay, one booked a room in a nearby hotel for us. They also helped with directions to the Altstadt for us to have a late lunch and were helpful in keeping our luggage whilst we went into town on the second day.

Everything about this hotel. A short walk from the station,with
good signposting.A Very friendly welcome by the reception staff on
check-in.We were offered city maps,given easy explanations and code
for WIFI,offered free tea/coffee in the lobby,which is
available 24/7. Very comfortable room and bed,and all you need
in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was superb,with excellent
service to match.

Lovely, very quiet hotel with the nicest European hotel rooms
we've seen yet! No children were there when we were which made it
even more quiet and romantic. The location is perfect for walking

Loved the location. It was very easy to walk to the sights and the Christmas Market.
A plus that we could park in the garage underneath the hotel!
The room we were in had a separate living room with king size bed and bathroom up a winding stair. Very romantic and a huge space. Skylight windows that open were a nice touch
We ate dinner at the Restaurant and it was very nice.
I would highly recommend this hotel

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well-organized and laid out in such a way that it was easy to serve yourself. As well, the selection was the best that I had on this trip (I stayed at 2 other places that also included breakfast). The Molitor had the widest selection of food.
