She was so kind when we unexpectedly arrived early, and she helped store our bags until a room could be prepared for us. Her recommendations for restaurants and shopping were perfect every time.   This is one of the best 3* hotels I've ever been to. Staff was VERY friendly. Room was clean and spacious (no. 7). Breakfast was delicious with variety of food to choose from. Localization is perfect - quite with lots of small restaurants at Savigny Platz and just a 2 minute walk to S-bahn station.
