Some members of the establishment were really kind and pleasant; the position in front of the Bahnhof and in the centre is really convenient; I totally recommend the Pizzeria La Stazione downstairs; there are only a few rooms furnished in a simple but family-like way which makes it cosy.
The location, directly across the street from the Aachen Hauptbahnhof, was excellent.

Just location.
In the morning you could hear everything from the corridor.
the room wasn't ready when we arrived even after check-in time so we had to wait for half an hour.
There is only a light curtain, so the sun-light dazzled me from early morning
The window is not noise-proof.
Too expensive for what it offers
The entrance smells food coming out from the restaurant which is in the same building
Rude staff.
Except for location, all are terrible.
