Staff was very helpful, providing information and organizing trips.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Excellent view over small Batumi so it didn't matter the hotel wasn't right in the center. -
Everything was very nice. Breakfast very tasty. Excellent staff. Can recomment to everyone who visits Borjomi to stay there.

My son booked our stay for the end of a two week travel through Georgia

We enjoyed staying in a working winery out in the countryside with wonderful views of the snow covered mountains. It wasn't harvest season but we had some great wine tastings and enjoyed the wine very much.They also organised for us to go out on a tour of the area with David who was a great guide. -

I visited the hotel with my husband and even though We stayed only for one night and ski season was not started yet , We really enjoyed it. The prices were reasonable and the hotel itself was located on a very good place.The restaurant inside the hotel works during the year and if you want to buy anything they also have a store inside the hotel.St
... ce que les gens disent » aff is very friendly and We are very satisfied with their service. - I would evaluate the hotel as a simply stunning, gorgeous view all around, convenience location, perfect service, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, free internet and car parking, not expensive and all necessary means are reachable for occupants. I would strongly recommend the Hotel and wish everybody have a nice time in a beautiful ski resort Bakuriani.

All the staff are friendly and we even got to know the nice swiss hotel manager. -
The location is very good, with lovely views across the Alazani valley. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed and the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped.
We did not dine in the restaurant, but the breakfast was good and was brought quickly. The spa was pleasant and we certainly benefitted from the fact that we were the only users that day, as it's small.
