  Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Toilet was separate from the bathroom which was nice. They also offer a laundry service at a very reasonable price, a large load for €10. Very handy to bus stop and a number of shops including a supermarket. Handy to Nice, Monaco, Eze village and more. - Very pretty and spotless hotel, with beautiful views over the bay. We had a quadrupal room, which I worried may be too small with two teenagers, but there was no need to worry as the room was very spacious and partitioned into 2 sleeping areas each with their own shower and toilet facilities. The hotel owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, giving maps and tips on how to get about in the best manner.

  The people and the amazing welcome! Betty, Thierry and Family are just gorgeous! The rooms are so lovely, comfortable, stylish and very French, très bonnes! Just love the building, especially on finding out it is one of the oldest buildings in Villefranche! Just totally unspoilt! Nothing is a problem, they all go out of their way to make you feel at home, welcome and looked after. Very clean and just fabulous atmo - It was a really nice place were to be. Room was absolutely clean and every morning we had clean towels in bathroom. From the window we could see the bay and it is really comfortable to go to Monaco or Nice (bus stop is really close to the hotel). The beach is not too far from hotel, just 10 min walking. Owner was really gentle, friendly and explain us everything, plus he was able to speak French, English and Italian.

  Excellent location in a quiet village, nice room. The balcony with sea view is superb, we recommend to book this type of room (the difference in prices is not so high). The room was clean. Excellent value for money (85 eur per night). Pleasant room with a balcony overlooking the small-boat harbor. Our facilities were comfortable, kept scrupulously clean.   This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel and it was even nicer than the last time. I'm almost reluctant to recommend it because I want to keep it just for us! Joelle and Fronc are so nice, they make the whole experience such a pleasure. The location is stunning, and the beautiful garden is a bonus.   Un accueil très chaleureux et une attention toute particulière suite à notre demande sur place - internet gratuit, on a eu la chambre coté mer alors qu'on avait réservé la chambre sans vue --> sympa !, situation ds la ville, fenetres bien insonorisée pour le bruit du trafic
