Ce que les gens disent
The property was perfectly place for the station and is in the town
centre and shops. It is in a relatively quiet one way street. Although
there was not 24 hour reception, there was security access to the
building so strangers could not wander in. The accommodation was clean
and the facilities were all you could need including a fully equipped
kitchen (incl dishwasher!) There is a laundry room with iron. Breakfast
room. Highly recommended. tous commentaires »
We like the equipment of the room, very modern and minimalistic. We didn't be in time in the reception and they put the keys from the room in the post box with code, so we could accommodate later.
Very clean and new; Few minutes walking from the center of Valence; Worth for the prize. Kitchenette has everything you could need to cook some pasta, but nothing far more elaborated.
The best designed rooms, new furniture, a bath well equiped not like others who don't even have a hair dryer. The bad is excelent, big and above all, kept in new condition.
Good Value for Money, High Speed internet, clean, English tv channels,
Breakfast Included, Parking, Laundry, good stopover for long distance
travelers.
Booked online at last minute as we left Lyon due to poor accommodation.
Staff very helpful. Room was clean and price very reasonable.
near railway station and the shopping streets of the city. all commodities, clean, quiet...very good bed.
The kitchen.
Plenty of space
well though out
good bathroom
great heating
quiet
comfortable bed.
39€ per night in the city center is a good deal. Building is very new and comfortable.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful; the apartment was basic but modern and clean. Absolutely wonderful - great location, excellent apartment, modern. A++++.
Central location
Clean Rooms
Spacious
Modern
Good Parking Facilities.
Stone throw to railway station, parks, shops, museums.
I liked the room and the facilities in the apartment.
Good price, location ,staff ....
Will go back again.
Friendly staff
Convenient
Modern and well equiped.
Both quite calm and close to the station.
Best value for money I've seen in France.
Cheap, convenient, fairly modern.
proximity to train station.
Very closed to everything.
location, cleanliness.
First of all when we arrived we shuold park the car, but all was occupaid. So we had to drive to find a parking place where we could place the car over night, and they have told us that we do not need to reserve a place.
Rooms where OK, but it was only one person in the Reseption and she was notvery interested of her guests. We would not recommend this Hotel to other people.
the hotel is central and close to the railway station, many pubs bars and restaurants and also one little mall.Modernly stylised inside, rooms offer the possibility to prepare by ourself as to enjoy one good and varied breakfast in the lounge alongside reception but the sunday.Free toiletries are provided and tv broadcast 1 large scale of foreign channels.
The room was clean.
Location.
stile.
Big room.
The doors to the apartment were stiff and we nearly gave up trying to
get in after arriving at 11.30 pm. Instructions on how to open the door
(including pull before you push) should be given. The advertised wifi
was only accessed after we got a box from reception.
The free internet they offer is SO slow that do not expect to do anything else than opening your email. You can pay extra and get fast internet.
Even if there was a LAN internet connection in the room, i didn't like that there was no wi-fi. There was wi-fi only in the reception area, so its kind of a nag. So for people traveling with a tablet there is going to be a small issue :). Hope that they include that in the near future.
No 24 Hour Reception, be extremely careful arriving after 8pm.
Calling them landed on voicemail on arrival. Call ahead of time to
receive a door code to get in and retrieve key envelope in safe
inside. Self check-in.
If we had known a pull out lounge was the bed we would not have stayed,
very uncomfortable.
nothing !!!.
small tv in proportion to the room
remote that barely worked to change channels.
The design of the kitchen was very dangerous with two out of three of us gashing our foreheads on the sharp corners/edges of the kitchen cabinet and microwave shelf. The latter made washing up a job solely for midgets.
Trying to find the hotel.
Lumpy bed, lack of hooks to hang casual items, basic shelving only in wardrobe.
Couldn't find the hotel. We drove round for about 1hour 30minutes trying to find it. We didn't know we had passed it a few times as there is no name on the outside. I have never before known a hotel to have no name.It was very frustrating after having a long journey to get there. PLEASE get a sign up.
The breakfast was not worth the money.
No clear sign on the front door - we ended up driving around the block. If you arrive after 9pm, there's no staff on site to assist - although keys are left with a code to access them. No wifi - only a LAN cable provided for access.
was sure where to return key.
hard to find the place.
I got displeasure the way the check in was proceding through the green number(late, some discordances...),beeing sunday staff day off's.
-There was no sign to indicate where the hotel is.
-The price for extended stays more than 10 days should be lower.
Staff, cleanliness.
that the bed was not a good bed but a unfolded sofa. this was the worsed sleep we ever had.
Terrible experience. We arrived there at11.p.m,no reception, door closed,we can not enter until someone lived there get out to smoke. Then we don't which room to go and have no key, two Spanish tourist come and they have the same problem, after their half an hour's phone call to the customer service, they and us have successfully got our room.No Internet in the room.Never again.
