This villa is located in a quiet wooded area. It is designed and equipped to offer conditions of the most pleasant in one of the most welcoming parts of Provence. For your entertainment there, a billiard room and table tennis are available. The small road that leads you to the villa is close to a dead end that serves only a few houses, your kids (and your pets) can frolic in peace.
The villa has a surface area of 200 m2, on the ground floor you can enjoy the fireplace in the living and dining room. The open plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer. There are three bedrooms on this floor, one with two single beds, one with a double bed and the other one with a queen size bed. There are two bathrooms, the first one with a bath with shower, bidet and washbasin. The other with only a shower and washbasin. There are two separate toilets. In the storage room you can find another freezer and a washing machine.
On the first floor there is a children's room with two single beds. In the loft there is sleeping space for three persons on a sofa bed and you have the possibility to watch TV. The fourth bedroom has two double beds. There is a games room where you can play table tennis. In the garden you can prepare meals on the barbecue, you can swim in the outdoor swimming pool of 9 x 5 m, which is opened from May upto and including September and there is a cot and high chair available.
At 200 meters from the house, a nice trail through the hills leads you in an hour or two to "Colorado Provençal". Cycling enthusiasts, less than a mile from the house, was built on the route of an old railway track path that takes place over several tens of kilometers along the wild valley of "Calavon." You can find several restaurants within 2 km, public transport, a lake and a public swimming pool in 4 km and the airport is 50 km away from the accommodation.
