The top floor room is a suite with a living room, large bedroom with a
big bath, separate toilet. There is a rooftop terrace with views of the
river and two loungers. The living room only has small windows but it
looks onto the cathedral. It is nicely furnished and in a good location. -

Clean and comfortable. Has a good breakfast in the pleasant breakfast room and friendly staff. A nice little restaurant right next door (not attached to the hotel) useful if tired and not wishing to go far. -
Handy location once you have found it.

The breakfast was very good with plenty of quality food. The service at
reception was efficient, helpful and friendly. Our bathroom was large
and spotless, the bedroom was fine. It was quiet and overlooked the
inner courtyard. Décor was interesting. Conveniently located near the
railway station and tram lines, without being too close.

The owners were exceptional, checking on us before arrival to insure accommodations. They were trustworthy and informative as well. The location was close to the shops and restaurants only minutes away. -

Everything about our stay was excellent. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating, so far as even collecting our breakfast from the bakery for our early morning start on our leaving day. A beautiful cottage which the owners, who were charming and helpful,
have restored to a high standard. We had chosen Le Mans as an overnight
stop on our way to Roscoff from Italy. In fact we were very pleasantly
surprised by Le Mans itself and the cottage was perfectly situated for
exploring the historic centre which is very attractive. There were

Neat little apartment with well thought through facilities - fridge, cooker and laundry in the basement. Underground carpark which seems quite secure making it good for an overnight in transit elsewhere. Although its located next to the train station and tramline, it is well insulated and we didn't hear anything. The tram gives you easy access to

Very near railway station, (line directly behind hotel but room well sound proofed). Easy to take the tram or walk into the town. Small kitchen meant you could make a hot drink or a snack. Great value for money and very clean, modern hotel.
