Ce que les gens disent
This is a one-room "hotel" located in central Rouen. Daniel met us and escorted us to the parking garage, and walked our traveling companion to another nearby hotel. He provided good information about Rouen and a nice walking tour for the day we had to visit. The room, with shower, was comfortable, clean, and quiet. It was fun to experience the quirks of a 16th century "modern" home which was the width of one room wide, by 3 stories tall. The breakfast was great, too, with fresh croissants. tous commentaires »
Location was superb. Daniel, the owner, was very accommodating and spoke
good English. Room was comfortable, warm and had good ensuite
facilities. Wi fi worked first time. Good simple French breakfast
included. Check out was midday but we could leave our luggage til later.
Daniel was absolutely lovely, very helpful and opened his home to us which was a typical French residence which we adored. The location could not have been any better.
Would recommend this B & B
to anyone.
Beautiful Chambre D'Hote packed with ancient pictures and antiques right in centre of Rouen in a buzzing restaurant area. M Patterne is knowledgeable and intereresting and very welcoming.
Our host Daniel Paterne was absolutely charming as was his home which is full of interesting artefacts. The location is perfect too.
A unique chance to live in the true Ruen fachwerk family house! Daniel is a very good host, charming person, interesting to talk to.
- Daniel is a great and welcoming host
- Room has everything you need
- Great location in Rouen.
Lovely house, helpful and friendly owner, excellent breakfast, excellent location.
The quirkiness, the ambiance and the proprietor.
The guest room was on the top floor, a little difficult for my husband with crutches. Being in the city, there are few grassy areas for dog walking.
Parking is 300m away in public car park. 13€ a day. Ik you're only
staying for one night I would suggest you only take small bag to chamber
d'hôte as the room is on the second floor of a very old building
with quaint but uneven/unlevel stairs.
nothing everything was wonderful.
Dont go if you cant manage stairs.
Car parking cost 13E for 20 hours.
Nothing really, although the bedding could do with updating.
Nothing.
