Friendly welcome. We used the hotel as a stopover for skiing, perfect location for a short trip to the resort the next day. One family travelling with us arrived very late and still had a friendly and helpful welcome. Breakfast maybe a bit expensive but was a buffet so you could eat as much as you liked! Childrens breakfast was free. -

We were there for a week ski-vacation and enjoy every moment of it. Hotel staffs were nice, friendly and helpful, clean room, good location, good food and heated room to store ski gears. Nothing more for skier to ask for !!! -

hotel tres bien situé, au coeur d'aix, proposant un centre de detente tres agreable (piscine, sauna, hammam, jaccuzi, fitness...). Les chambres sont tres profitables et le personnel sympatique. - Accès direct au casino, à côté du centre ville, prix attrayant pour unhotel au top!

I could not recommend this hotel more highly for the lovely staff and superb facilities which are well maintained.
Provided you can ski, the hotel is perfect to ski in and out and access the entire 3 Valley ski area.
If you are a beginner - it is a bit of a faff getting to the ski area for lessons, however having never skied before my 6 year old w

Stunning location, friendly and helpful staff. Impressed that any
niggles people had mentioned on reviews we'd read had been acted
upon, for example a cleaning pack was provided and more ski lockers were
built during our stay.

Staff were excellent, very helpful even though my French was poor. The
rooms were very comfortable, clean and luxurious. Bathroom was lovely.
Breakfast was great. All the facilities were outstanding. I loved my
stay there and would definitely come back again. -

deep swimming pool (over 10 people made it very crowded) good steam room

but complete beginners. Well priced compared with other residence -
The Hotel is very modern (built in 2012?) but blends nicely with the
surroundings. Our room was very nicely furnished, complete with full and
modern kitchen units and utensils ...including an induction cooker and a
dishwasher. It was a very welcome change from old ski lodges where the
kitchen utensils are easily showing their age. Skiing out of and into
the Hotel ski room was perfect. The staff were very friendly and
helpful, and never looked for tips.

We have stayed here before. It is an excellent location for skiing in Meribel without being right in the centre of Meribel which is noisy and expensive. The bubble takes about 25mins to get to Chaudanne. The hotel is a spa hotel so you can get massage, sauna etc after a hard day's skiing. -

The location is a1. Proper ski in ski out. Value for money and the staff
wonderfull. We have stayed in many quality places throughout europe and
the staff here were excellent. As an example every day after skiing they
would meet my wife in the lobby with a pair of slippers and help her

lift tickets through the hotel. Ski hire part of the hotel with new
