  We only stayed one night so didn't really get to see much of Pornic.. The hotel is beautiful. Wonderful well kept gardens out the front. We had a 1st floor room with small balcony overlooking these gardens and also with a view of the sea. Only a short stroll down to the sandy beach below the cliffs. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and had... ce que les gens disent » a super meal. We also took breakfast and there was a great selection of bread/cakes and other .goodies. - The staff at the Auberge are extremely helpful and went out of their way to arrange a taxi for me late at night. The inn with roses growing all over and farm animals in pastures out back and the ocean in the distance was very relaxing and beautiful (note: it was a bit far to walk to town). Bikes, walking paths, spectacular gardens. Eco-friendly with delicious, organic foods mostly produced on site.

  Great view from the balcony (sea view room). Location cannot be closer to the beach. Great swimming pool with lots of diverse water jets. Comfortable room and bed. - The location of this place is just perfect, right on the beachfront. Nice rooms with nice view from the balcony (ask for seaview).
