  The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  Excellent location. Good services - We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was VERY spacious and on the quiet side overlooking an inside courtyard. They helped with rail tickets, boarding passes, directions for sightseeing and anything else we needed. I like the boutique feeling of the hotel. It is small and cozy. The location is exceptional. It is just minutes from the Louvre, the Seine, Musee D'Orsay and the Opera. It is very convenient to the metro and to wonderful Japanese restaurants.

The rooms were small and a bit tired, but clean and the showers were hot with lots of pressure. Good internet.
