Everything was really good! We got a good price via booking and didn't regret staying there. It's 5min from the metro station, we parked our car in a public parking just in front of the hotel (in any case hotel has a parking with really reasonable price). I liked everything from the hotel.There are friendly French staff and a lovely and funny Chinese lady receptionist. The hotel looks new and fresh. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was always fiilling with more food, that not happens with some hotels that sells continental breakfast.
It worth to book in advance and pay a cheap price.there is a good supermaket near and the hospital is just next door :)

Everything you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Clean, friendly employees, felt very safe. We were just passing through, so the location was great as it's just across the street from the central train station, which also has the metro, so you can get to anywhere else in the city from there with a quick subway ride. -

The room was quite big compared to other ibis franchises.
The bathroom was well equipped.
The room was cleaned everyday (we stayed for 3 days).
Very comfortable and location was very good as it was just a 3 min walk to castallane metro. The bus 21 to calanques also started from there.
Very friendly staff. recommended what and where we could go on

Very good hotel. It is a budget hotel and yet an excellent one. Very good facilities, interesting design, new furniture, spacious room, comfortable bed, perfectly clean bathroom, towels and sheets changed daily.
Breakfast has all its basics and is served with quality products.
Staff very friendly, and willing to help anytime.

1. Design and freshness, room equipment. The building was renovated. Everything is fresh and rooms are small, but not seems so a cause of smart design. Teapot helps save money for breakfast and supper. Towel electric heater helps to use fresh towel on the beach everyday.

The hotel was very comfortable and centrally located. The staff was great as well as the breakfast. Lovely room, very comfortable, yet on the small side, but all that was needed. My room was extremely quiet, did not hear anything at all, perhaps because I was on the top floor. Was surprised that it was so quiet because I was on the front side of the hotel on a very busy street

The staff was outstanding. My wife became very ill while on our cruise ship and the staff at Seven Urban Suites did everything in their power to help. They are excellent. Charlotte was so helpful and the other members of the front desk were extremely helpful -

We were mother and daughter, so two separate big double beds in the same room were very welcome. Clean. Friendly family run hotel. Found a good restaurant called Hosteria, not expensive, good pastas in Cinq something area, near the Palais which is very beautiful and is now an art museum. They told me at hotel that was where water for Marseille us

Incredibly eccentric and charming family run hotel complete with dog and budgies.Good location next to the ocean. (well there's a fairly busy road inbetween- ask for a room on the top floor) Walking distance to the center of Marseille or there's an excellent bus service just outside the entrance.

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours dans un trois pièces et tout a été très bien. L'appartement était spacieux, agréable et propre. Les + : l'accueil souriant et compétent, la clim réglable par pièce, la literie ferme, la grande terrasse avec store et mobilier, le style moderne, les grands placards... pour deux adultes et deux enfants c'était parfait. -
... ce que les gens disent » Emplacement exceptionnel entre plages et calanques de Sormiou (parking gratuit garde). A cote aussi de commerces très appréciable avec l'appart hôtel. On avait un grand T1 pour 3. Kit cuisine et ménage bien pour quelques jours. Parking externe gratuit et en face du poste de police. Coin vert et pistes cyclables.
