Pour un séjour rapide, en solitaire, c'est efficace, pratique, et le personnel très affable. Petit oubli de la promotion d' une chambre double pour le prix d'une simple : ils m'ont arrangé ça de suite, sans discussions. Très pro. Lovely and clean, Staff very helpful and friendly, Breakfast was really nice and plentiful, beds were comfy, very relaxed atmosphere, location great for town, shops, station etc, excellent value for money. -

Amazing value! The B&B Lille Centre Grand Palais is an exceptionally clean and well appointed budget hotel. Room was well soundproofed . Just looking for somewhere offering a decent night's sleep and a pleasant space to prepare myself in the morning for the day ahead. This place more than met my needs.

The room was modern, clean and well-soundproofed, with aircon that worked. Small but adequate. Location ideal, being close to both EuroStar and Lille train stations and only 5mins walk to the Grand Place. Private parking very useful. -

The staff simply couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
The room was spotless - perhaps just a tad clinical as a result- and they gave us the car-park tag to keep overnight as we were leaving first thing in the morning, before anyone would have been around. The location was excellent - right in the heart of Lille, but in a side street so it was relatively quiet overnight.
