I had heard lots of good things about Oustau and it did not disappoint. The grounds are stunning. We stayed at the Manoir in a room with a terrace. It basically had it's own private patio. ce que les gens disentere beautiful as well. We ate lunch at the 2 star Michelin restaurant at the hotel. It was very pricey (as expected) but definitely worthwhile. As one - It was a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant to die for.
