Everything about my stay here was amazing. The location is perfect: immediately next to the beach on one side and the old town on the other. Breakfast is outstanding, and includes some homemade treats along with a stunning view of the water. The hosts Max, Lea and Remi are so kind and really make this place special.

Price of a motel, but services, location, and cleaniness of a resort.
The owner who run this place, Max, goes above and beyond. He even
emails me in advance of arrival to see if I needed any help. Breakfast
is provided free each morning, made with love. Ask for the quiche!
Location is right next to old town, which is better than the touristy
new town, but all walking distants to each other. And the place if
extremely clean.

Room with a Vue was a fantastic place to stay. Rooms were great and the unique bathrooms make it an interesting stay. The staff were most friendly we found during our month in Europe. Room with a Vue was a great place to stay. We had a lovely room with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and a beautiful chandelier. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Fred went out of his way to make our stay really enjoyable! Breakfast was included and very delicious. Location was perfect- situated in the old town with great restaurants at our doorstep and the beach a street away. If returning to Nice I would definitely stay here again!!

On arrival we were greeted by the owner who ensured our stay was relaxing and very enjoyable. Outstanding, wonderful place to stay. Each room is artistically designed and the owner did most of the art. Very friendly reception and a warm, welcoming breakfast each day. We came to Nice for honeymoon and originally I booked a hotel by the
beach, till I saw Villa Vermorel's breathtaking scenary from our
bedroom. Thegreat service of the host and her cute granddaughter made
our stay really memorable. We also had a good chat with the guests of
the other room and it felt like a family. Nice port and old town is just
25 minutes away on foot, so we were happy to be able to exercise a bit
off the great food here. All in all I would highly recommend this place
to anyone

The friendly atmosphere and the owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room I shared with friends was very large clean and comfortable.
The location is excellent for accessing beach and public transport.

Geneviève(the owner) is kind and helpful, she recommended me several places to visit, and even helped me for the information of car renting. The house is neat and spacious, also clean and well organized. I really enjoyed the staying there!

I enjoyed my staying in Chambres d'hôtes Bruxelles Cimiez very much. It is an 3-bedroom apartment in the quietest and most beautiful district in Nice. The view from balcony is scenic. I had no problem to locate the apartment, it's situated near the famous Chagal Museum and it's 10 minutes walk from Nice Gare. I recommend you to use a bus to reach
